Application procedure
After our video call, if you fit the criteria and like the programme, you would prepare your file:
Once I receive your file, I will offer it to host families interested.
Once a family is interested in your profile:
- Application form and agreement (forms would be emailed to you)
- Presentation letter in English
- 1 full body + one passport size pictures.
- 2 Teaching/tutoring or Character references.
- Medical certificate less than 3 months old. (form would be emailed to you)
- Police clearance certificate
- Copy of Passport
- Relevant diplomas or certificates (University, TEFL, etc)
Once I receive your file, I will offer it to host families interested.
Once a family is interested in your profile:
- I send you the family file.
- A video call is set up between family/language tutor.
- If both parts agree, match is confirmed.
- Destino Idiomas prepares family / language tutor agreement that both parts will sign.
- Travel and insurance arrangements arranged by language tutor.
- Family meets you on arrival (airport, coach, train...)
